Our client, a leading and multilingual company based in Barcelona, is looking helpdesk agents.
Job Responsibilities:
To cover IT department’s Service Desk. Including answering phone calls and e-mails to solve IT issues.
Preferred Skills:
• speaker: + English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player
• Possitive actitude
• Multitask
• The successful candidate will be hard working, conscience and willing.
• Attention to detail.
• IT experienace or studies

- Schedule 9-18h
- A direct and permanent contract directly with our client
- Initial paid training
- 20'000€ gross/year + 142€ tickets restaurant + other social benefits after passing the trial period of 6 months
