The Learning and Performance Manager-EU will be responsible for the coordination, execution and implementation of all blended learning programs used to train new hire and existing Seller Support Associates. S/he will partner with the global learning and performance manager to enforce adult learning and blended learning delivery best practices, support trainer development, administrate certification, performance metrics reporting, implement new instructional development activities and LMS implement and change management.

S/he will develop an active partnership with senior leaders across the EU operations organization to coordinate and schedule training and drive consistencies in performance. She/he will partner with global learning and performance manager to consult with Site Leaders to determine their specific training needs and provide resources to meet the needs of the business through internal development.

Specific Expectations
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all required Associate training for EU
- Partner with Global Learning and Performance Manager to develop and certify trainers
- Support human resources during candidate pretesting
- Administrate certification scheduling and testing
- Training program delivery for EU: soft skills, large account management and basic account management
- Provides reports and statistics on circuit-wide training performance against goals
- Partner with Global Learning and Performance Manager to identify appropriate training curricula for strategic training initiatives, ensuring that training is appropriate to the training audience and designed to fulfill requirements with the optimal delivery methodology
- Implement Learning Management System (LMS) groups for EU
- Deploy instructional development activities to support trainee performance levels
- Partner with EU Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure all informational resources are uploaded to CMS and global answer engine
- Travel required – up to 50%

Basic Qualifications:
- Must exhibit adaptability, flexibility and effectiveness in handling multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong written communication and presentation skills (English, German) French a plus
- Ability to develop relationships and influence behavior
- Exceptional communication skills are essential: must be a poised, confident and engaging presenter of a wide variety of topics, both around operational tasks and soft skills, as training needs dictate
- Excellent written skills are essential: must be able to capably write a variety of training support documentation, including training course outlines and content, written tests/assessments and any other documents necessary for training
- Possesses adult learning methodology expertise and how to maximize the assimilation and retention level of the audience
- Must have exceptional influencing skills and the ability to lead a functional organization without direct authority
- Ability to assess and track training effectiveness through the use of metrics
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Degree in a related field - Human Resource Development, Communications, English, or Education
- 3-5 years of related experience which include the following areas: Adult training/ education experience, demonstrated ability to train and facilitate on a variety of audiences, measuring and delivering
