For one of our clients we are looking for a POLISH PAYROLL SPECIALIST.
About the company:
American multinational company with a Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona.
About the position:
As a Payroll Specialist, your main task will be to ensure that the administration and coordination of the country's Payroll are managed effectively.
Your tasks will be:
- Process all salary information into SAP HR system and ADP Payroll System.
- Manage the monthly payments cycles.
- Resolve all payment issues, such as: holidays, absenteeism, incorporation of new employees.
- Create reports and perform payroll analysis as required.
- Keeping yourself up to date on relevant labour laws.
- Support employees as well as HR managers in payroll matters.
- Establishing contact with the necessary authorities: Social Security, Tax office, benefits providers.
Requirements:
•Qualifications
- Native speaker in Polish.
- Fluent level of English.
- Fluent level of Spanish will be a plus.
•Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- SAP skills will be highly considered
•Other
-Planning and prioritizing own workload to meet deadlines
-Working under time pressure and as part of a team
-Attention to detail, motivated and with a good presentation
