We are looking for an enthusiastic Italian speaker with work experience in Online Media Sales who is looking to boost his career in Spain!

Department Overview: Italian Media Sales
The companys Inside Sales Organisation Media team is an integral part of the small to medium sales organisation within the company in Europe. This Media team is a World Class Sales Organization consisting of trained, consultative sales professionals with an unmatched work ethic, ability to generate revenue, and sense of customer service. It is a vibrant, fun and busy environment where you will help drive the growth of the Inside Sales Organisation channel
Responsibilities:
Prospect, acquire and grow new accounts for a designated territory through cold calls to clients
Create and manage an account list of small to medium size advertisers
Pitch new business by phone to SMEs and advertising agencies
Develop and cultivate relationships at all levels from CMO to Brand Managers to Media Buyers
Maximize customer retention through developing relationships with key accounts
Identify and understand trends within client markets and industries
Proactively conduct research in the assigned territory sector utilising various resources (internet, publications, networking, referrals, etc.)
Assist in the training of new members of the division
Hit quarterly target quota deliverables
Provide smart client research and industry specific information
Update and create online media advertising proposals
Assist in optimizing online advertising campaigns
Navigate internally with various business units to create compelling media solutions for advertisers
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in online and/or off-line media advertising marketing or direct marketing experience
Phone or field based sales experience, with a history of demonstrable high performance
Proven track record of success driving revenue through prospecting, creating new business and growing and retaining existing business
Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at the executive management level
Passionate about online media and the internet, with a desire to learn
Strong understanding of marketing dynamics including demographic and psychographic targeting and brand positioning
Understand how technology works and the ability to explain in ordinary terms
Ability to work and contribute in a large team environment
BA/BS (Marketing/Advertising preferred)
Competent in the English language both written and spoken
Fluent Italian spoken and written
