DESCRIPTION:
- You are highly motivated to deliver superior Contract & Tender support to our client's medical business.
- You will be responsible for supporting the European contracts and also for Public Tenders: checking notifications, preparing the complete contract/Tender, working in very close partnership with the various internal departments, Legal and Field sales.
- You will work on projects to improve the quality of the business processes leading to a better efficiency and enhanced quality of the services as perceived by our client's customers, which incorporate different European cultures and requirements.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Handling all contractual requests
- Tracking & Searching for new Tenders
- Ensuring renewal/extending of running Contracts & Tenders
- Working in very close cooperation with Field Sales & Legal to determine participation
- Keeping track of awarding results
- Informing internal partners of Tender results and the impacts
- Ensuring correct pricing
- Improving service levels
- Providing product and other required information
QUALIFICATIONS:
- You will be fluent in either Italian and Spanish plus be able to communicate effectively in English. Ideally in addition, you have the ability to speak a 3rd EU language.
- Experience with Contracts and Tenders in an international business setting is required.
- You have strong organizational, problem solving, multi-tasking skills; demonstrated customer service orientation and a track record of commitment to quality.
- Even in a fast paced and changing environment you have demonstrated the ability to maintain your customer orientation.
- You must be detail-oriented, but at the same time able to stay focused on the broader goals and objectives.
- You must be skilled in general office software.
Open communication, flexibility and initiative are also key competencies for the team.
