The position:

As a Financial Transitions Project Manager you will:

•Work with the overall Project Manager team to coordinate and analyse processes within the company during transition projects.
•Plan and direct schedules and budgets.
•Monitor the project from initiation through delivery with customer and personnel department.
•Assign work of technical personnel, (analysts) providing support and interpretation of instructions.
•Work closely with providers, customer management and suppliers to design and deliver the IT infrastructure solution and ensure overall connectivity.
•Ensure the ongoing process/system capability associated with projects and manages any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs.
•Direct the activities of project support staff and contractors and be responsible for ensuring appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate the successful completion of the project.

The requirements:

•Qualifications
-Fluent in English
-Fluent in French or German
-Economics or Administration professional studies or similar

•Experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience working on large scale projects, specially transition and merge, BPO environment preferable.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Project Manager Role
-Excellent negotiation, analytical, organization and communication skills
- Experience in Finance & Accounting shared service environment will be advantage


•Skills
- Available to travel in European cities (30%)
- Good interpersonal and communicative skills
- Continuous Improvement attitude
-Team player
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Good planning and prioritizing skills in order to meet deadlines
