SRG have been appointed to recruit a Swedish VIP Coordinator to work for leading online gaming company in Gibraltar. This is a permanent position and a relocation package will be offered to the successful candidate.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career within the gaming industry. The role will be to create and build relationships with VIP customers and attend to their requirements. You will also be involved in creating and coordinating promotional campaigns and report writing.
Skills and experience required:
• strong commercial customer service or sales experience working in a corporate / call centre environment
• Experience of dealing with corporate or VIP clients
• Excellent Excel skills
• Able to produce creative and effective promotional emails / campaigns
• Excellent telephone manner
• Be flexible on working hours
• have the desire to progress your career within online gaming / betting after 1 year
• Be well educated, ideally to degree level
• Already be living locally preferred but not essential
• Bingo, Casino or Poker Experience is an advantage
The online gaming industry is rapidly expanding in Gibraltar, Malta and the rest of Europe and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their career very quickly.
