RESPONSIBILITIES&lt;br /&gt;

- Help the customer identify the best Oracle Technology solution for their business  &lt;br /&gt;
- Train the Nordic sales team on how to offer and present the Oracle Technology solution to their customers  &lt;br /&gt;
- Present the Oracle Technology solution to Nordic customers using the latest cyber technology  &lt;br /&gt;
- Become the internal source for product information for the Oracle Technology Nordic sales team &lt;br /&gt;
- Become an expert in a core set of Oracle Technology products and solutions  &lt;br /&gt;
- Liaise closely with the Nordic Sales teams and their customers  and together build an Oracle solution to solve their requirements &lt;br /&gt;
- Web Seminars &lt;br /&gt;
- Deliver overviews of a product or a solution from a technical point of view&lt;br /&gt;
- To obtain the knowledge the Nordic sales team needs for a campaign or new release the Sales Consultant delivers training on products to support the rollout and marketing of these events  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
QUALIFICIATIONS&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent&lt;br /&gt;
- Good knowledge and understanding of the IT and current Database / Middleware market  &lt;br /&gt;
- Knowledge of Oracle Database /Middleware product knowledge or competitor Database / Middleware solutions is an advantage but not necessary&lt;br /&gt;
- Experience of large integrated systems is an advantage&lt;br /&gt;
- Oracle PL/SQL and toolset (other DB . Middleware experience considered) &lt;br /&gt;
- Previous experience in a support or customer facing role&lt;br /&gt;
- Good problem solving skills&lt;br /&gt;
- Friendly, professional approach&lt;br /&gt;
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills&lt;br /&gt;
- Good team player&lt;br /&gt;
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment.&lt;br /&gt;

Reporting into Oracle Direct management this role will support the Consulting telesales team in getting deals processed in a timely manner and in compliance with Oracle business practices. The successful candidate will assist the sales team with all aspects of the quotation generation process and subsequent order processing. - Establish strong and collaborative relationship with the OD consulting sales team to ensure smooth order processing&lt;br /&gt;

- Ensure correct funding process of the order up to the end of the bidding cycle. Conduct related communication with customers and consulting operations teams&lt;br /&gt;

- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills&lt;br /&gt;
- Experience in working with sales processes, procedures and related software tools&lt;br /&gt;

- Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Power Point, Excel)&lt;br /&gt;
- Ability to provide high quality work under time constraints and deadlines&lt;br /&gt;
- 2+ years experience in an administrative role &lt;br /&gt;
- 2+ years hands-on experience in contract handling, selling, operations or comparable area of work&lt;br /&gt;
- Fluent in English and Swedish languages is required&lt;br /&gt;
