Our client, Lago de Linya Resort, Eco Lux Country Club is developing an eco friendly 5 star luxury resort.
This luxury complex is situated 80 km from Barcelona and includes villas, country houses, feng shui decorations, chic hotel studios, world-class spa resort & wellness centre, fitness centre, swimming pool, restaurants etc.
They pursue a healthy life style at the foot of the Pyrenees.

To support the General Manager of the company we are looking for an DUTCH EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT.

Your main tasks will be:

-Copy writing and editing texts for books, website, newsletters etc. from Dutch to Spanish and English,

-Organize congresses and workshops about a healthy way of living and doing business,

-Booking flight’s and reserve restaurants,

-Organizing high society lunches,

-Managing the office with varied tasks,

-PR related tasks such as being in contact with press and television for press releases.



Requirements:

-Experience as an Executive Assistant, an Office Manager, an Event Coordinator or in a PR networking role,

-Fluent in Dutch, English and Spanish. In writing as well as in speech,

-An efficient, enthusiastic, independent and sparkling way of working,

-Very good appearance,

-Good knowledge of IT and CRM,

-Excellent communicational skills on all levels,

-Interested in a healthy lifestyle,

-Text processing skills,

-Excellent organizational skills,

-Possibility to move to Barcelona ASAP or already living in Barcelona.
