Job title: Customer Service Representative - Swedish
Customer Service Representatives provide a high level of service to customers and sponsors. Superior customer service aids in the retention of customers by maintaining excellent productivity and accuracy.
Customer Service Representatives are focused on a specific language, however will have support responsibilities to the other portions of the business, where language skills lend themselves.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer all customer enquiries relating to a specific book of business
Provide a single-point-of-contact for any customer enquiry or update
Assess validity of Health, Life & Accident claims per the policy´s terms & conditions
Process customer requests in System 6, the Direct Marketing and StoneEagle Claims Systems
Provide customer service and claims support where language skills lend themselves and action as appropriate
Assist underwriting process by handling cases with Medical Underwriters
Requirements:
Native Swedish
1 to 2 years experience in a Customer Service role is desirable
Knowledge of General Principles of Insurance business would be an asset
Administration experience is essential however claims and portfolio administration is highly desirable
PC literate: Excel and MSWord
Team work
Educated to Higher Grade standard, College or University preferred
Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills with superior verbal and written communication to internal and external clients
Strong customer focus with ability to identify and solve problems
Ability to work under own initiative and proactive in recommending and implementing process improvements
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage workflow to meet individual and team requirements
Ability to exercise judgment
