We are recruiting several CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS with German or Native Dutch speakers with fluency in French for a customer service department in an international company located in Terrassa.
Main responsibilities;
- Telephonic attention
- Inbound sales calls
- Providing information to clients about new offers.
- Processing orders by phone, e-mail and fax
- Handling of customer claims & returns.
