We are recruiting several CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS native Swedish speaker for a customer service department in an international company located in Terrassa.
Main responsibilities;
- Telephonic attention
- Inbound sales calls
- Providing information to clients about new offers.
- Processing orders by phone, e-mail and fax
- Handling of customer claims & returns.
We Offer:

- Full time position from Monday to Friday (from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
- Working area: Terrassa (Approx 40 mins from City centre by public transport).
