Slovak Customer Service & Market Intelligence in Morocco
Company: Our client is a technology company that supports their EMEA client base from Morocco. They deliver a wide variety of solutions; customer service, market research & intelligence & technical support in 11+ languages. They are growing their Eastern European customer base and are now hiring a Slovak speakers for a new project.
Role: Opportunities now exist at their operations centre to support their Slovak customers on a range of market research activities. The role will involve clarifying, qualifying and documenting a specific sales and marketing customer database. You will be responsible for managing a database of customers and verifying the data and accuracy of this so that the sales team can utilize the data.
Skills: The ideal candidates will speak native Slovak plus fluent English. In addition you will need experience working with customers via phone or face-to-face, good Microsoft office skills and excel knowledge. Candidates that have lived and worked abroad are preferred as this role is based internationally.
