Purpose & Objectives:

The Telesales Representative is working in Large Accounts together with the account team. He/she is also involved in the Solution Go-To-Market execution with the Solution team.

The Telesales Representative is a transactional based resource with high product technical skills and a good consultative selling skills. He/she can be engaged by TeleMarketing campaigns within the planned Go to Market strategy; by TeleCoverage and by Field Account Coverage resources. He is owning the development and the management of a specific solution opportunity.

Secondarily, the TSR can be aligned by territory, industry, or a combination to manage outbound calls to target, acquisition or reactivation accounts. The Telesales Representative can accept/reject leads from marketing, identify, create, be assigned to and manage opportunities to close.

Work Experience:

- Minimum 2 years relevant sales, pre-sales or consulting experience in the IT market, preferably in the Enterprise Application market (CRM, Financial and ERP and Middleware market)

Education & Qualifications / Skills and Competencies:

- University degree, preferably in computer science or IT related discipline
- Good IT or Application knowledge
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Proven sales ability
- Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills, notably - Capable of actively listening to customers in order to identify prioritized customer needs
- Able to work independently and have strong drive for results
- Strong problem solving skills and patient with routine work
- Strong team player who learns and adapts quickly
- Can play a trusted advisor role to customers

Travel:
