Position: Credit Collector – Benelux market
Permanent Position
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Based in Barcelona, one of the most dynamic and exciting cities on the Mediterranean seaboard and known for its cosmopolitan flair, mild weather, and cultural offerings, their Barcelona office is a true, international melting pot. As a credit collector you will be working in the department of Credit.
Main Responsibilities:
• Investigate issues that occur after sales and clarifying mismatching payments with customers, accounting and business
• Key objective will be to reduce the number of days our invoices are unpaid (days sales outstanding) and maintain the quality of the aging of invoices.
• Communication with customers is mostly done via telephone and letters.
• Credit analysis of clients accounts
Key Skills Required:
• Excellent level of Dutch and French
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of windows based packages.
• At least 1 year in financial administration
• SAP skills will be highly considered
• Previous experiences in the financial or accounting area
• Interpersonal skills, Team player and Numerical skills are essential.
• Planning and prioritizing own workload to meet deadlines
• Working under time pressure and as part of a team
• Attention to detail, motivated and with excellent communication skills
