SRG have been appointed to recruit a VIP Customer Manager to work for leading on-line gaming companies based in Gibraltar.
This is an exciting opportunity for those who are looking to progress their career within the gaming industry. The roles will involve implementing the company’s progressive VIP strategies.
The ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience:
• Fluent in English and either Spanish, Swedish and Italian will be an advantage.
• Have a full understand of the online gaming business, especially Online Bingo and Casino.
• Have worked in VIP Customer Service field for a minimum of 12 months
• Excellent communications and presentation skills.
• Work well in a team, but also able to work independently.
• Strong excel and analytical skills.
• Have a confident personality and be enthusiastic about their work.
The online gaming industry is rapidly expanding in Gibraltar, Malta and the rest of Europe and the successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop their career very quickly.
