Exhibition Sales Executive
Location: Southgate, North London
Salary – Up to 28k basic + 50k OTE
Bilingual People is the leading exhibition organisers in Europe for bilingual and multilingual professionals. We have been operating for over 5 years and are a part of the biggest group of companies in the language recruitment field. Our exhibitions specialise in allowing jobseekers and companies who recruit languages to meet in a face-to-face environment. As well as this, our exhibitions host companies that are relevant to international jobseekers and relocating professionals.
We run career fairs in 8 locations and are constantly expanding into new markets and functions. We are looking to expand both our Sales and Marketing teams and are currently looking for 2 star salespeople.
Generating new business and contracts in an exciting growth period at the company, you will join a lively, successful and creative sales team. Your role will consist primarily of developing sales leads, booking appointments with prospective clients, account management of existing customers and negotiating optimal exhibition packages across our portfolio of Language recruitment and Expat-service advertising Exhibitions and websites. This role is more then just a sales role and there are great personal progression opportunities.
You will be a motivated self starter and possess a keen willingness to enter into a sales career. Experience in Exhibition Sales is a must. We are looking for people who are success driven, love talking and convincing people, and are committed to achieving their goals. The ability to work well within a team and individually is essential.
What we need :-
• Salespeople with experience in either print advertising, exhibition sales or media sales experience (if it is from a Recruitment background this would be very beneficial)
• People who can work in Southgate, North London
• Energetic, motivated and driven salespeople
• People who can occasionally commit to European travel (at least once a month)
• Self-starters who can work independently once the product knowledge is set
The nice to haves (but not essential) :-
• An additional European language (only German, Dutch, Czech, Spanish or Swedish will be considered beneficial).
• A solid background in Recruitment advertising or Exhibitions sales
• Contacts in the HR industry
