Select Recruitment Gibraltar has been selected to recruit a Marketing Operations Shift Leader for one of the top gaming companies in Gibraltar.
This role is an excellent opportunity to for someone who is looking to further their career in the Online Gaming industry in Gibraltar.
Regular duties for this role include:
• Team lead for shifts across the Marketing Operations teams by setting high service standards.
• Be the main focal point for internal and external customer relations.
• Ensuring SLAs are achieved according to target.
• Providing mentoring, support and communications.
• Dealing with issues of conflict and escalate them to management where appropriate.
• Updating the team daily on new promotions, and potential issues.
• Daily shift reporting.
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Proven experience in leading a team by example
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Several years experience in a Customer Service environment
• Ability to learn new products
• Fluent in English and preferably another European language
