YOUR ROLE:

● Communicate with international customers on a daily basis via phone and email
● Assisting others in a friendly and professional manner
● Respond to clients requests and provide accurate information

YOUR PROFILE:

● You have native-level or fluency in Italian and very good level of English
● You are able to process information quickly and manage several tasks simultaneously
● You are a dynamic person and enjoy interaction with other people
