Oracle is currently hiring Norwegian Technology Sales Account Managers to be based in our new EMEA Inside Sales Centre based in Malaga, Southern Spain. This new centre will help to Accelerate the growth of Oracle’s License sales business across the EMEA region.
Oracle Direct is our EMEA Inside sales organisation selling all Oracle Technology solutions and services.
This line of business has grown rapidly in last 10 years from 40 to over 1,000 people and has become the Talent Development Centre for EMEA.

Role/ Responsibilities
- Existing Account Management working with some of the largest and most technologically advanced companies in the world in the Norwegian territory
- New Account development in the Norwegian territory- identifying prospective customer needs and developing innovative solutions to satisfy their requirements.
- Working with and developing relationships with Oracle Alliance and Channel Partners in Norwegian territory to drive revenue and maximise customer service.
- Lead generation through Product and Country Specific Marketing campaigns into the Norwegian territory.
- Working as part of an Internal Technology (Database or Middleware) Sales team, each salesperson will be allocated to work within a sales territory / industry sector.
- Work with Norwegian field sales force and Norwegian resellers to plan and implement direct sales campaigns.
Qualifications / Profile
- Fluency in English and Norwegian language
- Third level education or equivalent experience.
- Proven and successful track record in a sales environment
- Clear understanding of the sales cycle and working with Large / Enterprise clients
- Self motivated to continuously expand personal professional knowledge.
- Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment
- Driven / motivated to continuously develop from a professional and career perspective
