Function&lt;br /&gt;
As a customer and sales support manager you will be working within EMEA operations. Your objective will be supporting Sales and Customers in their offer/catalogues management. You will be in contact with local customer customers.&lt;br /&gt;

Your main responsibilities:.&lt;br /&gt;

-Key contact for the Sales organization for Customer procurement solutions&lt;br /&gt;
-Guide Sales in the setup of new catalogue structures.&lt;br /&gt;
-Influence for product catalogue simplicity margin increase&lt;br /&gt;
-Pricing approval in line with delegations&lt;br /&gt;
-Drive product catalogues setup maintenance in line with Sales and End of Life requirements&lt;br /&gt;
-Owning and resolving Customer support calls on the B2B Portal for all Customers registered in own Country.&lt;br /&gt;
Liaising with 2nd level support were necessary&lt;br /&gt;
-Co-ordination of demo and evaluation units&lt;br /&gt;
-Contributes to efforts to optimize current processes, often collaborating with other groups within HP to improve day-to-day activities&lt;br /&gt;
-Creation of special (ad-hoc) reports analyses&lt;br /&gt;
-Coordinate catalogue maintenance customer quote documents&lt;br /&gt;
-Publish price and product updates to customer within agreed deadlines.&lt;br /&gt;

Requirements&lt;br /&gt;

-Bachelor's / University degree required&lt;br /&gt;
-Native level of Norwegian&lt;br /&gt;

-Broad knowledge of the end-to-end process of sales operations&lt;br /&gt;
