Proven track record in a B2B sales environment&lt;br /&gt;
Proven ability to sell Technology solutions to either SMB, Mid-Market or Enterprise customers ( either: software, hardware or services )&lt;br /&gt;
Demonstrable overachievement of revenue goals and objectives &lt;br /&gt;
Strong sales skills including business justification, negotiation and closing. &lt;br /&gt;
Fluency in Flemish and French languages&lt;br /&gt;
Prospecting and/or new business background. &lt;br /&gt;
Expertise in demand generation in new markets from campaign conception to deal closure. &lt;br /&gt;
Strong influencing skills. &lt;br /&gt;

Role: As part of a pan-European Customer Service team you will troubleshoot client queries regarding their products and services. &lt;br /&gt;

As a Dutch and Flemish speaking agent you will respond to customer calls and emails and support them on a wide range of issues, escalating when necessary. This is role for a thinker that can answer queries, act quickly and deliver great service.&lt;br /&gt;

Skills: The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months experience in customer service. A degree, certificate or qualification in Mechanical Engineer or an interest in the automotive industry is an advantage. In addition to a good phone manner and experience dealing with customers you will need to be a fluent Dutch and Flemish speaker.&lt;br /&gt;
