Description:
We are looking for good candidates, with some previous recruitment experience, a strong sales attitude towards convincing candidates to move between countries, with fluent English and ideally another language such as French, German, Italian, Dutch or a Nordic language.
We need people with a strong sales acumen, who are dynamic and who can find solutions quickly. We offer one of the best commission structures on the market, so money motivation must be a strong interest for a consultant.

Our work environment is easy going and the pressure is only based on delivering the best candidates to our clients in the quickest time, but we expect people to be autonomous and be ambitious! We want people who want to progress in their career through personal efforts, to reach high salaries and rewards, and develop team management skills.

The Job:

o Recruiting for our key clients
o Working to reasonable sales targets
o Marketing and advertising on-line to generate candidates
o Interview and selection of candidates
o Assessing and short-listing candidates
o Develop good country knowledge and convince candidates to move between European countries
o Negotiate rates and close deals if in contact with clients
o Database management
o Good general knowledge of specific sectors (Finance, IT, Sales, etc�)

The Candidate:

o First experience in a recruitment environment, with sourcing, selection, candidate management or business development.
o Some experience dealing with clients would be a strong plus
o Ability to build and improve relationships
o Motivated, enthusiastic and driven to work towards targets and mostly towards client satisfaction
o Highly Organized
o Ability to work alone, and run own desk
o Ability to work �smart� and, develop all opportunities in the market
Fluency in a second language: preferably French, German, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Italian

We are looking for someone loving and energetic to look after our lovely 11 month old baby boy Max. Ideally the person would start as soon as possible, although we are prepared to wait for the right person.

You will be required to look after him along with my wife during the day (Monday to Friday) whilst I am at work, with additional babysitting once or twice a week in the evenings or at the weekends.

Additionally, we would really like it if you could help out with some light housework like vacuuming, mopping floors, doing laundry, etc. And preference will be given to those who love cooking as well! My wife is currently 6 months pregnant with our second child so as much help and assistance around the house would be excellent.

The most important thing is that you must love kids, and be happy to help out around the house. We would like you to enjoy spending time with Max, and take very good care of him. He is a very happy, friendly, cute boy, who really likes to be taken out of the house to playgroups, swimming in our pool, going to the swings or beach, meeting friends, etc. He will grow to love you very much. Ideally we would like you to become like one of our family.

In return we can offer you a very competitive weekly wage for a live-in position (in our 5 bedroom detached villa, 10 minutes from Marbella, Spain) You will have your own double bedroom with en-suite, television, DVD player, WiFi internet access and radio. We can also give you access to our car if necessary.

Alternatively, we are happy to offer the right person a a live-out position. If this was the case you must be available to work between 7.30am � 5pm Monday to Friday.

We live in El Paraiso which is a small town between Estepona and San Pedro (10 minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banus). Our villa over looks the golf course and has a wonderful secluded gardens with its own large swimming pool and Jacuzzi. We are about 3 minutes drive from the beach and walking distance from all the shops. We are a very flexible, young and easy-going couple, and want you to be happy with us.

We still own a property in the UK (10mins from Birmingham) so some time will be spent in the UK also. We are seeking non smokers only and previous references will be requested. English speakers only please. Travel costs will be covered to Southern Spain if needed.

The roles will involve:

� High level of support to clients both over the phone and via email with regards to their betting / gaming experience.
