Online Sales Manager &lt;br /&gt;
Eastern Europe market &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Position based in Barcelona, SPAIN &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
My client is specialized in the online services. We are looking to expand the business in Eastern Europe, grow sales revenue and establish strong relationships in the area to become n°1! &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Responsibilities: &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
 Lead and drive sales revenue in key markets via sales partners &lt;br /&gt;
 Build pipeline of potential B2B partners across Expansion Markets (mainly resselers) &lt;br /&gt;
 Develop support materials for closing B2B partner deals &lt;br /&gt;
 Provide excellent practices, training and operational support to ensure the long term success of B2B partners &lt;br /&gt;
 Presentations and public speaking for SMB and Key Accounts advertiser events &lt;br /&gt;
 Managing Sales Partner order pipeline as well as revenue forecasting &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Requirements: &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
 BA or MA required, preferably in Business Management with a Marketing specialization, MBA preferred &lt;br /&gt;
 Over 6 years of progressive sales and marketing / media management experience &lt;br /&gt;
 Ability to speak either German, Russian, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Croatian, Lithuanian, Estonian, Latvian, etc. &lt;br /&gt;
 Good knowledge and perfect understanding of the Eastern Europe market &lt;br /&gt;
 Demonstrated and strong record of success in a goal oriented and sales environment &lt;br /&gt;
 Experience in developing and sustaining complex reseller business relationships &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Core skills: &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
 Self starter and self motivated, able to succeed in a matrix organization environment &lt;br /&gt;
 Strong interest for local sales (here Eastern Europe) &lt;br /&gt;
 Ability to adapt to a changing environment quickly and easily &lt;br /&gt;
 Able to handle multiple priorities &lt;br /&gt;
 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills &lt;br /&gt;
 Flexible on location (few travels per month) &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
