We are looking for highly motivated professionals with an accounting degree and at least 1 year of experience in one of the positions. For the Accounts Receivable Assosiates role you will be holding the following responsibilities: customer invoicing, input data in the accounting system, keep the customer account database updated, direct contact with credit insurance agencies to define and control the credit limit, direct contact with customers, bad debts write-offs etc. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
For the Accounts Payable Associates you will be holding the following responsibilities: invoicing and payment processing and control, follow up of held invoices and debit balances, keep the vendor database updated, Accounts Payable reconciliation, control of vendor debit and credit notes and support in the Accounts Payable month end closing and reporting activities. &lt;br /&gt;
 &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
For the General Ledger Associates you will be responsible, for providing general ledger &amp; accounting support to a grouping of (approximately) 1-3 countries for balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, inter-company accounting, and preparation of reports and statistics detailing financial results to a high standard.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Key Skills Required: &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
• Ideally  Business/Accounting/Finance Degree&lt;br /&gt;
• Fluent in English and German, Danish, Finish, Swedish, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese&lt;br /&gt;
• Accounting experience in Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable/ Collections or General Ledger, preferably in an international environment&lt;br /&gt;
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications&lt;br /&gt;
• Experience with ERP system &lt;br /&gt;
